The heavy duty, roll-over style CKROF (SV) Concrete Kibble with Slide Valve is designed for the easy transfer of concrete on site by overhead crane.  When filling, the kibble lays horizontally so it can sit lower than the concrete truck's chute, then reverts to a vertical position when lifted.  Fitted with a lever actuated slide valve and lay-flat hose to regulate concrete flow safely from the side, this unit is ideal for filling wall cavities, columns & narrow formwork.

FEATURES:

  • Suits large applications with models available for up to 3cu.m capacity
  • Roll-over (laydown) style allows filling from a concrete truck's dispensing chute
  • Lever actuated slide valve allows operator to regulate concrete flow
  • 2m long, 200mm diameter ‘Lay Flat’ hose allows controlled flow when filling wall cavities, columns or narrow formwork
  • 4 point lift crane lugs fitted to increase safety and reduce weight
  • Fork pockets fitted for transport around the work site
  • Hydraulic operated models (CKROF20-SVH & CKROF30-SVH) allow remote control of kibble
  • Also available in clamshell gate operated models (CKROF20 & CKROF30)
